Happy Holidays!

With both of us having recently returned from some well deserved time away, we are both feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and ready for the new year. I (Daniela) was lucky enough to spend a month in Mexico in some VERY remote places to reconnect with Mother Nature and the universal energies. It was truly life changing! Helen just returned from our Maya Sacred Path to 2012 journey, Return to the Sacred Path of the Sun, and we're happy to say it was another inspiring and enlightening journey for all. We are so grateful to all the wonderful teachers who graciously shared their wisdom with everyone. It's amazing how healing a little time away can be for body, mind and spirit. We highly recommend it! ;)

Now that the holidays are upon us, it's easy to get wrapped up in the hustle and bustle and forget about the actual meaning and spirit of the season, not to mention forget about our own needs while we are giving to others. We feel the gift of giving is just as important to share with ourselves as it is with others, so don't forget to treat yourself with something just for you as well.

We also think now is a great time to get a head start on the new year and begin to put those New Year's resolutions into action right away. Have you always wanted to learn about ancient traditions, discover a new culture, or explore a far off land? Do you have a yearning to get back in touch with yourself and the universe? If so, we can definitely help you with all of that and we'll offer you encouragement and support along the way to help you make that decision as well.

The Spirit Of India with Michele Labelle, March 2 - 15, 2009. Join us on a journey of Yoga and Spirituality and immerse yourself in the Indian experience that will cause your soul to be touched, moved and inspired. Michele will be hosting a "Magic of India Night" with a DVD Presentation of last year's journey and a discussion about this year's journey at an Indian restaurant in Vancouver on January 22 at 6:30 pm. Ayurveda and Holi in the Himalayas with Todd Caldecott, March 3 - 13, 2009. Journey with us on an amazing experiential adventure through the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal to discover the fascinating art and science of Ayurveda and learn, experience, and witness all that Ayurveda has to offer. For those of you who live in the Vancouver area, Todd will be sharing his knowledge and discussing the upcoming journey to Nepal on January 20 from 7 - 8:30 pm at the West Point Grey Community Centre.
