Your Sacred Journey excursion will take you to the spiritual mecca of Sedona and its mystical power spots. Sedona is nicknamed the "Land of Awes and Spirituality" because of its awesome Red Rock formations and its magical and mystical energies! Since the dawn of time, travelers have ventured to these parts of the Southwest. Whether they came in search of adventure or spiritual fulfillment, they experienced a common phenomenon: This land changed their lives forever. Our October journey includes a visit to the White Buffalo family and the world-famous Grand Canyon.

Sedona - Sacred Places & Vortexes

Mt Kailas is said to be the mythical Mt Mera, the centre of the universe. It is revered in both Hindu and Buddhist legends, while its location, close to the sources of the four main rivers that flow across the Indian sub-continent, contributes to its mystic. Our program includes a week long journey from Lhasa (via Gyantse and Shigatse) across the grain of the vast Tibetan plateau. We plan to reach Mt Kailas at the time of the Saga Dawa festival, held on the May/June full moon, when many thousands of pilgrims from throughout Tibet gather to pay homage to the mountain. After the festive celebrations we will undertake a three-day trek around Mt Kailas and a sojourn around the shores of Lake Manasarovar following the path of pilgrims on their quest for spiritual enlightenment. There are also options for the non-trekker to savour this spectacular sacred environment before returning to the Kathmandu Valley.

England & Scotland - Mystical Templar Pilgrimage

Daily yoga classes with teacher Romi Cumes accommodate all levels of strength and experience. Tour Leaders: Romi Cumes has studied with Sri K Pattabhi Jois and has been teaching yoga since 1998. Romi's classes integrate focused, mindful sequences with compassionate healing awareness to provide a transformative and practical yoga session. Carol Cumes is an accredited Yoga teacher who also studied with Pattabhi Jois. She has dedicated herself to working in Peru and offering groups authentic tours in the Peruvian Andes, enabling them to connect deeply with the Andean culture and participate in authentic rituals led by practicing Quechua healers.

Peru - Spiritual Wisdom of the Andes - Yoga Tour

Our journey travels through a diverse cross section of India both geographically and spiritually, from the Himalayas through Rajasthan, visiting the holy pilgrimage sites of the various religions of India. There are also opportunities to engage in meditation, chanting, dharma talks and other traditional rituals throughout the journey as we learn about the histories and philosophies of Sikhs, Buddhists, Muslims, Hindus and Jains. Open to all levels of yoga experience and also people who may never have had a yoga class.

Tour Leader: Born into a Rajput Brahmin family, Arun Acharya is an authority on yoga, religion, art, horticulture and history as well as a Sanskrit scholar. He has been the primary resource person for two television programs for Discovery Channel and Canadian TV and recently led spiritual tours for Bowers Museum in Washington DC and Lee University.

North India - Spiritual India - Yoga Tour

Our journey takes us to some of the greatest and most spiritually charged of southern India's temples, the Mysore Palaces, idyllic beaches, and visits to ashrams and yoga centers. Highlights include a priviledged visit to Pattabi Jois' center in Mysore, a visit to Amachi's ashram on the Kerala backwaters and a stay at the Sivananda Ashram in the peaceful tropical beauty of Kerala.

She practiced Buddism at Golenka Vipassana retreat and in the forest monestary retreats of Thailand. Nancy has been guiding travel groups throughout Asia and she loves to infuse her joy of travel with the joy of yoga and her enthusiasm is contagious!

South India - A Yoga journey

With our invited Speakers, we will explore the hidden mysteries of ancient Egypt, the great civilization that has left its imprint and impact on humanity forever. These experts in their various fields will share their latest research and conclusions concerning the building and purpose of the Great Pyramid, the Sphinx and other temples, as well as offer cutting-edge information related to the ancient Egyptian Mystery Schools and Healing Temples.
