Hale Luana is located on the beautiful north shore of Kaua'i between the towns of Kilauea and Anahola. I thought the retreat was excellent ~ it was varied and interesting, including both spiritual and physical content. As a Change Management Consultant, I have designed many training programs, including several around "change", and I thought the design of the retreat was excellent. It far exceeded my expectations. Both Alexina and Tiberiu were personable, knowledgeable and flexible, taking into account, wherever possible, everyone's requirements and needs (albeit emotional, physical or spiritual). In addition, I would like to say the music and the organic, mainly locally grown food, was fabulous!

It has become very clear to me from the three trips I have taken with Sacred Earth Journeys that the people that come together are all there for a reason. Each one contributing to the other, intuitive of each other’s needs. This was no different in Kauai. Alexina and Tiberiu were very good facilitators. The choice of activities and guests were well selected. While each day they had an event organized, they recognized that in any given moment the needs of the group may change and they were very open minded to those needs. They allowed the dynamics of the group to flow and evolve on its own, yet kept a close ear to the happenings of each individual, ready to give guidance when needed. Between the leaders and the beautiful venue, it gave each one of us a sense that we were in a safe place to explore our inner selves. I would most certainly recommend this trip to my friends and in fact already have. To say my Kauai retreat was life changing sounds melodramatic but I don't know how else to explain the impact that the sacred island and the sacred journey had on me. I'm so grateful for the wise, gentle, powerful and respectful guidance of Alexina........many years my junior but many life-times my elder, both at the same time. I learned that nothing is good or bad, right or wrong; it just is. And learning to love unconditionally is really what this earthly journey is all about. I'm 64 years old and it's exhilarating to find out that I still have a lot to learn! Thank you for this very special opportunity Helen....I've made a couple of life long friends and many life long memories.

The retreat was a truly positive, uplifting experience for me. I got the chance to reflect, turn inward and nurture my soul in a very gentle, safe environment. At other times, I got the chance to turn outward, share experiences and celebrate the magnificence of life in a most wonderful, majestically beautiful island. Alexina & Tib are thoughtful, gifted facilitators who know when to press and when to release. Along with the healing and happy memories, I take away the conviction of faith in affirmations, which I intend to incorporate in my daily practice of life. I can only say that this trip was incredibly magical and I would highly recommend it . I have some size issues but would encourage anyone to take the chance and do what you can. It has been life changing. Sacred Earth Journeys, thanks for putting such a journey together! You have great instincts. Can't wait for the next one!

Deciding to go on the retreat to Kauai in October 2010 was one of the best things I've ever done. Kauai literally is paradise and is ideal for a healing journey. The beauty of the island is breathtaking and Alexina & Tiberiu ensured we saw and did plenty of the great things that Kauai has to offer. Alexina is a wonderful person, healer, teacher and friend. I always felt she cared about me as a person and us as a group and always ensured there was a sense of fun around the activities we did. During one on one sessions Alexina demonstrated a great deal of compassion and insight and really helped me move through some challenges. I left the island feeling a much greater sense of peace and happiness. I also returned home armed with knowledge and skills I can use in the future. If you are considering a retreat with Alexina & Tiberiu on Kauai I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
