El
Castillo, Tulum's most impressive
structure

Part of the
Maya ruins at Tulum

The Tulum
ruins have one of the most beautiful
settings of all the Maya sites, built on a
cliff overlooking the Caribbean Sea

Our wonderful
group! From left top: Kathy, Maureen, Lucy,
Margie, Trudy, Christina, Donna, Richard
Jelusich (our amazing Tour Leader) & Helen
Wong. From left bottom: Kathleen & Helen
Tomei, Sacred Earth Journeys (not pictured:
Diane)

"Grandpa" Iguana joins us for our group
meditation with Richard Jelusich!

Climbing Nohoch
Mul at the Maya site of
Coba, a mammoth ruined city, 30
miles from Tulum

Nohoch Mul is one of the tallest
structures in the northern Yucatan. At the
top we found a small temple with a depiction
of the Descending God

Another
temple at Coba. Coba in
Maya means "water stirred by the wind"

Kathleen
finds a quiet place to meditate at
Coba, just outside the Ball Court

Caracol, at Chichen Itza,
is a two tiered observatory where the Maya
studied astrology. Chichen Itza is one of
the most impressive testimonies to the
Mayan-Toltec civilization of the Yucatan
