Our upcoming Sacred Journey to Veracruz, Mexico will give you the opportunity to experience an ancient healing ritual, namely “Limpia”. A Limpia is a specialized ritual for bringing balance back to the body and spirit. The word Limpia means “cleansing,” and this cleansing can come in a variety of forms. One goal of the Limpia is to draw out illness and negative forces from the body and spirit, and use the art of cleansing prayer to replace them with a healing energy.<\/p>\n
