I wanted to share a little a daily dose of healing energy that our tour leader, Padma<\/a>, offers by way of her daily television series, Padma Yoga: The Elemental Series<\/span>. Check out Padma’s show here<\/a>. Padma is a certified teacher of Advanced Yogic Sciences and Meditation and Hatha Yoga. She takes a holistic approach to mental, physical, and spiritual wellness. To help us stay present and focused, each day on her show, Padma introduces a \u2018Sanskrit Word of the Day\u2019. She shares her extensive knowledge and explores with her viewers these essential words of yogic philosophy and their ability to inspire our lives and our yoga practice.<\/p>\n
