\"\"<\/a>I am a great believer in Alternative Healing Practices for the body (yoga, acupuncture, reflexology). My body is healthy, and I give a lot of the credit for my good health to how I treat my body. But lately, my soul has been feeling a little under the weather, and this caused rumbles of ruminating (as I have a proclivity to do): I know how to treat my body well, but what are good, proactive, natural healing practices for the soul? How can I treat my soul with the care I treat my body? I think at times I might be neglecting it.<\/p>\n

Looking at Alternative Medicine practices for the body, they are as diverse in their foundations as in their methodologies. They can include non-traditional medicine, folk knowledge, spiritual beliefs, or newly conceived approaches to healing.<\/p>\n
