Tour Description

Long regarded as profound technological and spiritual gateways, the temples of the Nile were designed to catalyze a shift in human consciousness. While many visit Egypt to witness its history, this journey is an invitation to engage with its present, pulsing energy. We move through this ancient landscape as a deliberate path of activation, using the megalithic sites as mirrors to uncover the layers of our own inner architecture and reclaim the tools of self-mastery that have been preserved in stone for millennia.

Guided throughout by practices of meditation, intuitive reflection, hypnosis, and energetic transmission, this pilgrimage is designed to help participants quiet the mind, reconnect with the self, and open to deeper insight, clarity, and inner remembrance. Through channeled messages, guided meditation, and carefully held regression experiences, the journey offers space to explore the soul’s connection to ancient Egypt, release unresolved energetic patterns, and integrate the wisdom that arises along the way.

The Great Sphinx beneath the early dawn stars, an ancient guardian of remembrance and mystery.

Our journey begins at the feet of the Great Sphinx for an exclusive, private encounter in the pre-dawn stillness. Standing between the paws of this ancient guardian before the gates open to the public, we ground into the primordial energy of the Giza Plateau, setting a foundation of reverence for the path ahead. A visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum deepens the experience, revealing the profound connection between the material world and the mysteries of the soul.

As we transition to the life-giving waters of the Nile in Aswan, our exploration turns toward the integration of dualities. At the island Temple of Philae and the unique double temple of Kom Ombo, we explore the balance between instinct and awareness, while guided inner practices support participants in listening more deeply to the symbols, sensations, and memories that may surface within these ancient spaces. The massive, perfectly preserved structures of Edfu and Karnak provide a staggering sense of the scale and intentionality used by the ancients to anchor high-vibrational energy into the physical world. Across the river in Luxor, the silent tombs of the West Bank offer a space to contemplate legacy, transition, karmic release, and the enduring nature of the soul.

Within the sacred precincts of Philae, ancient stone and living symbol invite reflection on devotion, renewal, and the mysteries of the soul.

Continuing north into the heart of the Qena Nile Valley, we reach the celestial sanctuary of Dendera. Here, the vibrant astronomical ceilings and hidden crypts remind us of our inherent connection to the stars and the cosmic cycles of time. This sacred landscape becomes a powerful setting for deeper reflection and integration, inviting participants to release what no longer serves and reconnect with the wisdom of their own soul path.

Dendera’s sacred columns rise like prayers carved in stone, echoing the divine harmony between earth and sky.

Following a spacious day of leisure in Luxor—a necessary pause to allow the soul to catch up with the journey—we return to the Giza Plateau for the final, sacred culmination of our pilgrimage.

After the crowds have departed and the gates have closed, we enter the Great Pyramid for a private, after-hours initiation. Following the footsteps of the initiates who have sought truth within these walls for ages, we ascend the Grand Gallery to reach the King’s Chamber. Within this resonant, red granite heart of the pyramid, we gather for a final collective experience—a moment of profound stillness, reflection, and energetic anchoring where the frequencies of the week are integrated and the “voice within” can be heard with absolute clarity. We return home not just as travelers, but as individuals who have been deeply reconnected, released, and recalibrated by the timeless power of the Nile.

As the sun sets over Giza, the pyramids stand as timeless vessels of initiation.

Welcome to Egypt—a land that has long acted as a sanctuary for seekers, explorers, and storytellers throughout the ages. Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met by our local team and whisked away to the historic Mena House Hotel, a legendary property nestled directly at the base of the Great Pyramids.

The remainder of your first day is held as sacred space for rest and integration, allowing you to settle into the vibrant pulse of North Africa after your long journey. We view this as a gentle arrival—a vital opportunity to land not just physically, but internally, creating the stillness required to fully receive the transformative experiences that lie ahead.

Cairo Skyline

We begin our journey in the quiet, pre-dawn stillness of the Giza Plateau for an exclusive private visit to the Sphinx, allowing us to experience this ancient guardian before the world wakes. As we gather for the first time as a group in this powerful and evocative space, Brittany and Jenn will open the journey with a gentle guided grounding meditation and energetic attunement. This shared experience invites us to settle into the energy of Egypt, arrive fully in the body, connect with one another, and set an intention for the days ahead.

After returning to the hotel for breakfast, we continue our immersion with a guided exploration of the Great Pyramids, where the sheer scale of these structures often triggers a natural pull inward and an awareness of the deeper intelligence stored within the stone.

Our afternoon transitions into a shared lunch in the desert before concluding at the Grand Egyptian Museum, where we immerse ourselves in a staggering cultural legacy that reveals the profound connection between the material world and the mysteries of the soul. Within these halls, we witness the artifacts of a civilization that lived in constant dialogue with the unseen, providing a grounding end to our first full day of discovery

This morning we transfer to the airport for our flight to Aswan, where the desert sands meet the river and the pace of life begins to soften into a more lyrical rhythm.

On arrival, we will travel by boat to the island Temple of Philae, a sanctuary dedicated to Isis that remains nestled like a jewel amidst the shimmering waters of the Nile. Set apart from the mainland, this beautifully preserved site offers a serene and contemplative atmosphere—a gentle shift from the intensity of Cairo that allows for an embodied, authentic way of being.

This evening, participants will have the option to visit a nearby Nubian Village, where the vibrant culture and raw honesty of the region offer a glimpse into the living heartbeat of the Nile.

After the Nubian Village visit, the group will gather at the Ben Ben Hotel for a more intimate evening practice. Drawing on the intuitive and reflective energy opened by the day’s visit to Philae, Brittany will guide participants into a space of energetic connection, gentle reflection, and receptivity, allowing channeled messages, insights, and the deeper impressions of the journey to surface in a grounded and supported way.

Felucca in Aswan

After a leisurely breakfast, we transfer to our elegant home on the water, the Sonesta St. George, and begin the process of settling into our cabins for the voyage ahead. This day is designed as a bridge, offering a graceful transition from the stationary world of hotels to the fluid, ever-changing landscape of life on the river.

The afternoon is yours to enjoy at your own pace—a moment to move gently and follow the rhythm of your own intuition. You may find yourself drawn to the vibrant colors and scents of the Aswan Market, or perhaps you feel called to remain on board, relaxing on deck and absorbing the atmosphere of the river as we prepare to sail into the heart of the Nile.

As evening settles over the water, the group will gather for a gentle guided practice with Jenn. Held within the quieter and more relaxed atmosphere of the Nile, this experience offers supportive space for hypnosis, regression work, and inner exploration, inviting participants to connect with memory, symbolism, and the deeper layers of the soul’s journey connected to Egypt.

Aswan Spice Market

Our ship sets sail in the early morning hours, arriving at Kom Ombo as the first light begins to illuminate the riverbanks. We step ashore to visit the unique double temple dedicated to both Sobek and Horus—a sacred site that honors the delicate balance between two complementary forces often associated with instinct and awareness. This space invites a quiet reflection on the dualities we carry, offering a moment to simply be present with the ancient architecture as it mirrors our own inner landscape.

As we continue our journey downstream, we reach Edfu to explore the Temple of Horus, one of the most perfectly preserved and imposing structures in all of Egypt. Its massive pylon entrance and sprawling courtyards are adorned with intricate reliefs that tell the legendary story of the falcon-god’s triumph, providing a vivid map of the spiritual traditions and cosmic battles that shaped this ancient civilization. Walking through its shadowy halls and towering columns, there is a profound sense of stepping into a living history that has remained virtually untouched by time.

Once back on board, the evening transitions into a celebratory space as we join a traditional Egyptian Galabeya party. It is an evening of joy and shared connection, inviting us to weave our own laughter into the timeless rhythm of the river as we sail toward the locks of Esna.

Edfu

We arrive in Luxor to explore the "City of the Dead" on the West Bank, a vast landscape of memory where the ancient world’s relationship with the afterlife is carved into the very rock of the desert. We begin our day within the hidden subterranean chambers of the Valley of the Kings, where, beyond the standard tomb visits, those who feel called may opt for a private entry into the tomb of Thutmose III, offering a more intimate encounter within one of the valley’s most historically significant and energetically distinct spaces.

We then move toward the soaring, multi-tiered terraces of the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the weathered, silent vigil of the Colossi of Memnon. These sacred sites serve as powerful mirrors, reflecting the beliefs regarding life, death, and the enduring legacy that bridges the seen and unseen worlds inviting quiet contemplation around what we carry, what we honour, and what we may be ready to release.

As evening falls, we enter Karnak Temple, an immense complex of stone built over centuries of devotion. Moving through its forest of massive pillars and through shadowed sanctuaries, there is a profound sense of the intentionality and staggering scale used to anchor cosmic energy into the earth. Walking through these vast halls, there is a quiet resonance that lingers—an invitation to stand in the presence of a history that still carries a deep, intentional power today.

Karnak Temple

This morning we journey north into the heart of the Qena Nile Valley to reach Dendera, a site that remains one of the most exquisitely preserved and evocative temple complexes in Egypt. Dedicated to Hathor, the goddess of love, music, and joy, the sanctuary is renowned for its vibrant astronomical ceilings and intricate reliefs that offer a window into the ancient Egyptian understanding of the cosmos.

The temple’s deep blue ceiling, depicting the zodiac and the goddess Nut, provides a striking backdrop for reflection, inviting us to look upward and consider the interconnectedness of the stars and our own internal landscapes. We dedicate our time here to absorbing the celestial artistry and exploring the quiet, hidden crypts of this sanctuary, allowing the energy of the site to settle before we begin our journey back to Luxor.

Once we’ve settled into our hotel, the group will gather for a reflective integration practice with Jenn, shaped by the energy of Dendera and the Nile. This practice offers space to process what has surfaced along the way, support deeper emotional release, and begin clearing old patterns that may no longer serve.

Dendera

Today is a spacious, unstructured day set aside to allow you to experience Luxor exactly as you feel led. For those who wish, there is the option to rise early for a hot air balloon ride, drifting with the sunrise as it illuminates the West Bank and reveals the vast, quiet scale of the temples and tombs from an entirely different perspective.

Beyond that, the day is entirely your own. You may feel called to return to the West Bank for a deeper exploration of its sacred sites, visit the Luxor Museum, or simply explore the local markets and cafés along the Nile. Of course, you may just as easily choose to find a quiet corner at the hotel and rest.

This time is yours to follow whatever thread of curiosity feels most alive, allowing the soul to catch up with the journey and gently integrate the week’s experiences before we begin our final chapters.

Hot Air Balloon

We depart the southern valley this morning for our flight back to Cairo, returning to the Giza Plateau to prepare for what is truly the apex of our pilgrimage. After settling back into the Mena House, we step into a moment that has been a focal point for seekers for millennia: private, after-hours access to the Great Pyramid.

Having spent the week absorbing the wisdom held within the Nile temples, we now enter this ancient monument as a final, collective culmination. We follow the path of those who came before us, ascending through the narrow, focused passages and the majestic Grand Gallery until we reach the King’s Chamber.

Within this massive red granite sanctuary, Brittany will lead the group in a guided meditation focused on stillness, reflection, and fully absorbing the experiences of the journey. In the profound silence of the pyramid, participants are invited to let the week settle within them, allowing the insights, impressions, and moments of connection from their time in Egypt to come together in a powerful closing experience.

(Overnight in Cairo at the Marriott Mena House or similar)

Giza Pyramids in Egypt

We wake for our final morning at the foot of the Giza Plateau, enjoying breakfast at your own pace as the immense experiences of the past ten days begin their quiet process of integration.

As our journey comes to a close, we transfer to Cairo International Airport for our return flights home. We depart the land of the Pharaohs not simply with memories, but with a recalibrated sense of self—carrying the echoes of the Nile and the timeless wisdom of the temples back into our daily lives.
